How many days in advance do I need to make my vehicle moving arrangements?

It is highly recommended that you book your transport at least 1 to 7days in advance. If you have an urgent situation, let us know and we'll do our very best to accommodate your vehicle transport as a "priority status." Please call us at (813) 442-5302 to discuss your needs.

How long will it take to transport my vehicle?

Depending the distance between pick-up and delivery. Most coast to coast shipments will take between 7 and 10 days. If you car is transported north to south(or vice-verse) each coast, it should be 3 to 5 days. Shorter routes can range between 1 and 3 days. Other factors, like weather conditions, traffic, and truck maintenance, may lengthen your vehicle's transit time. We will keep you well-informed during transit as to the exact date and time your vehicle will arrive at its destination.

Can I pack things in my vehicle?

Generally, we recommend that you do not ship any personal belongings inside your vehicle. all trucks have weight limitations However, a few small items packed in the trunk are acceptable.

Will my vehicle be insured?

Yes. Our carrier's insurance covers the value of any vehicle that we transport, the industry minimum is $1,000,000 coverage.

What if my car is not drivable, can I still ship my car?

Yes, your car can still be shipped. If you car is not running it can be winched on and off the auto transport carrier as long as it turns, rolls, and brakes. Additional fees will apply as extra equipment and labor are needed when transporting your vehicle.

What is the difference between Open and an Enclosed?

Open carrier, like the trucks you've seen transporting vehicles to and from auto dealerships, or an enclosed carrier, which we recommend if you're shipping a custom or exotic car or truck.

How do I pay for my car shipping?

Most car shipper companies charge a small deposit with the balance paid in cashier check or cash on delivery. The car shipping company will accept major credit cards for deposit.

Exports?

International (non-US): Same requirements as a Domestic Customer, however International Customers must provide an original Vehicle Title with no liens (i.e. no money is owned against the vehicle). Please note the original Vehicle Title is processed by US Customs and subsequently returned to the Customer via courier. International delivery: can take 3-8 weeks from time of pick-up, depending on both the vehicle location in the US and the destination country. We provide Customs Clearance Services inside US only.
